Splash Country!!!!!

Yesterday we went to splash country for an early Bday present for lexi and we had a blast!!! She loved it and we will most likly be getting season passes to both parks next year bc lexi is getting older and she is enjoying it more and more! We had a great time followed by a AMAZING sunday at CHBC! Service and the message was amazing! I have to work tomorrow so lexi is spending the day with her grammy! and then i work 4 more days and then i am off for 2 weeks!!! which i am happy about! 2 MONTH APPT!!!

Today was Will's 2 month appt!! He is 13 pounds and 15 oz!!! He is also 23 3/4 inches long!!! He is doing great!!! It was also time for his shots...sad and his cry was sooo pitiful!! made me tear up a little bit but there was no way i wasnt getting his shots with all this new crap coming out!! I asked the dr about the swine flu and there is nothing they can do for babies....so basically we will be inside a bnch of the winter! Which is fine by me i would rather him be healthy than a very very sick baby!! The whole swine flu thing is scaring me!!! Next month we have to go back to the dr for Will's 3 month appt and Lexi's 3 yr appt!! I cannot believe that in 27 days Lexi will be 3!!! where did the time go?? We are going to splsh country this saturday for her birthday and she is super excited to go!! I might be more excited than her bc i have never been there!!! Working with mommy!!!

So Will gets to come to work with me for several weeks! So far it has been going great!! He sleeps during the time our clients are there in the morning then right after we get a dog into surgery he wakes up which is good bc usually i am just doing comp worj then so i can feed him and hen he goes right back to sleep!! In the afternoons he is starting to stay up longer so we all take tuns playing with him and making him laugh! He is so funny at work and he loves all my coworkers!! Today we were waiting for leeann to finish surgery and we stuck one of our surgery caps on Will and took some pictures!! Oh and by the way i weighed him today and he is.....13.9 pounds!!!!! So in lexx than a month he has gained 2 pounds!! which is great!! We are going to start working on him taking a bottle of my milk...wont take one from me so Justin will start trying to give him a bottle that way when we are ready for him to go to the sitter he will take one for her! Which the new sitter is also working out great!! She is a pediatric nurse who quit working to watch her grandkids so it is perfect!! She does little lessons every day bc one of her granddaughters starts kindergarten next year and she is working on getting her ready! So they have a good time! And lexi is loving it!!! Well i will stop rambling i am exhausted and need to go to bed!!! Enjoy the cute pictures of the future Dr. William Rose!!!!

But he had to go into heart surgery again for a bad lead and he is not doing good at all! 7 weeks!!

Will will be 7 weeks old on Tuesday and he is so strong! He holds up his head great and he is also standing for sometimes a minute or two at a time! He is smiling so much now and i need to get some of those on video as well :) But here is a video of him standing...

Tomorrow is my first day back at work and Will is coming with me so we will see how it works out! Hopefully it will not be too stressfull for me! haha

Trip to Nebraska!!

JUST WANTED TO EDIT THIS POST TO SAY WOOHOO I CAUGHT A SMILE!!!!! :) HE IS SMILING ALL THE TIME NOW!!

This past week we went to nebraska to see my sisters best friend have her baby....well she didnt have her...they had to induce tuesday night and she hadnt had her by this morning so she had to have a c-section today! Which i hate for her but i am sure she will be so happy to finally have her baby!! Pictures to come soon of miss Maddilynn! Anyways so we drove the 10 hour drive there last monday well the 10 hours turned into 16 bc we had to stop every 2 hours to feed will and let lexi run around! We got to visit old friends but 4 days isnt enough time to get toether with everyone as much as i wanted too! Tuesday we went to a place called pizza machine which was like a pizza buffet and then rides like a fair inside it which lexi enjoyed sooo much! We went with a friend of mine who has two kiddos as well and both of our kiddos are a month apart from each other! So lexi had fun with hailee! Wednesday we went shopping and then out to dinner for my sisters birthday! Thursday we hung out with my brother and went to the base to look around and see how much had changed! Friday we went to a park with my mom and her friend who has two little girls and they had so much fun! We got smart on the way back and decided to trvael at night when will slept 4-5 hours at a time!! so the 10 hr trip was just 12 on the way home!! We hung out at my moms until Tuesday and Will and I headed to nashville to stay with one of my best friends and we had a great time there and miss Natalie so much!! Lexi is staying with my mom until next tuesday when my mom and grandma will come up here to see my house and bring lexi back to me :) That was our trip! exhausting but fun!!!

I go back to work on monday which i am excited about but also kind of dreading i love staying home!! But atleast i get to take will with me for a few weeks! Today we went to my 6 wk check up and everything is good and i got the go ahead to do anything i want :) Will is also 6 weeks old today and i have been trying to catch a smile on camera but he stops smiling as soon as i get the camera out!!! stinker!! But he is smiling like crazy and starting to coo!! sooo cute!! He is getting so big!! has good head control and can hold his head up for a pretty good length of time! he is also starting to stand up on his own when i am holding him which amazes me!! He is definately going to go at the speed of his sister did!! Which might be trouble for me here in the next few months!!!! Well thats all the updating i have here are some pictures from our trip :)
